Welcome to Mountain Creek Community Church

For 40 years Mountain Creek Community Church has gathered for prayer, worship, and fellowship on Prayer Mountain. By faith our founding pastors, Robert and JoAn Summers, built a beautiful chapel and prayer center on the highest natural point of Dallas, which had previously been an overgrown wilderness. Believers of all ages and ethnic backgrounds gather weekly to seek the Lord and enjoy His presence as a family. Together we have seen God heal the sick, restore families, save the lost, and provide in miraculous ways. Our lead Pastors, Nathan and Rebecca Frickle, are passionate about seeing the hearts of the fathers and sons of our community turned back towards one another. We believe that God will honor His promise to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh in these days, and that we will see both the young and the old walking out their part of God’s redemptive plan for our community.

Youth

The Mountain Creek Youth Ministry exists to help the next generation know Jesus, grow in their faith, and boldly live for Him. Through engaging preteen events, youth gatherings, leadership training, school outreach, missions, and discipleship, we create opportunities for young people to encounter God’s love and become lifelong followers of Christ. Our heart is to equip students, empower leaders, and partner with families to raise a generation that is unashamed of the gospel and passionate about making Jesus known wherever they go.

JUNIOR & TEEN BIBLE QUIZ

JBQ and TBQ offer an exciting opportunity for youth to dive deep into Scripture. These programs challenge participants to master Bible knowledge while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a lifelong love for God’s Word. As they travel and compete, the goal is to equip young people with a solid foundation of faith and a passion for Scripture that will guide them throughout their lives. This ministry is about more than just answering questions—it's about empowering the next generation to carry the truth of the Bible into the world.
