A prayer Center for all of Dallas

For over 30 years, Mountain Creek Community Church has welcomed our community to Prayer Mountain—a 100-acre sanctuary dedicated to prayer, reflection, and fellowship. Visitors throughout the week enjoy our indoor prayer room, hiking and biking trails, scenic decks overlooking Joe Pool Lake, the Patriot Pavilion, and quiet picnic spots atop the highest natural elevation in Dallas.

God has faithfully guided us in building this house of prayer for our city. Caring for these 100 acres and preserving these spaces takes dedicated hands and hearts.

Wall of honor brick order

Be a permanent part of our community's history with a dedicated brick on our Wall of Honor. Whether honoring someone you cherish or displaying a beloved Scripture verse that has carried you through life, your custom inscription will inspire visitors for decades. Spaces on the wall are limited, making each tribute truly special. Choose your inscription today and leave your mark for generations to come.

Hiking, biking, and nature

God has blessed our church with nearly 100 acres of beautiful land. Visitors are welcome to hike and bike our Big Cedar Wilderness Trails. Outdoor restrooms are available at the Patriot Pavilion near the trail head.

The trails are closed Sundays from 10 AM to 1 PM for our church service, and Mondays for trail maintenance. Any visitors on Sunday mornings are welcome to join our main service.
